How credits work

1 credit ≈ $9. Products cost credits instead of dollars when you have a balance:

Audit — 1 credit ($9 pay-per-use)
Deep Audit — 3 credits ($29 pay-per-use)
Full Test — 8 credits ($79 pay-per-use)
Fix Pack — 15 credits ($149 pay-per-use)

Rollover: unused credits carry to the next month up to your plan cap. We never take credits away.

First-month bonus: Starter gets +40% credits in month one; Growth and Agency get +50%. That's extra credits on top of your monthly grant.

Guest checkouts don't use credits — you pay the listed price once. Create a free account to buy credits or subscribe.

Questions, answered.

Can I mix pay-per-use and a subscription?

Yes. Buy a single report as a guest or with your account, or subscribe and spend credits on any product. Credits work the same either way.

What happens to unused credits?

On a subscription, unused credits roll over to the next month up to your plan cap (10, 40 or 150 credits). Credits stay on your account while it exists.

Are credits refundable?

No. Once a credit is spent on a completed audit, it is not refundable. If an audit fails on our side, the credit is returned automatically.

Which product should I start with?

Most sites start with Deep Audit ($29) for site-wide issues. Choose Audit ($9) for a quick single-page check, or Full Test if you need forms and buttons exercised.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your remaining credits stay on the account.

Have a promo code?

Enter it on the Stripe checkout page. Promotion codes work for both one-off reports and subscriptions.
